Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz N. Tihan is a board-certified general and visceral surgeon with extensive expertise in laparoscopic, gastrointestinal, and complex abdominal surgeries. He currently serves as Vice-Chief of the General Surgery Clinic at Bursa High Specialization Training and Research Hospital, one of Turkey’s leading centers for advanced surgical care.

Dr. Tihan holds a PhD candidacy in Anatomy at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine, combining his clinical practice with academic research to enhance surgical precision and patient outcomes. He has authored numerous scientific publications in national and international journals, with research focusing on surgical anatomy, minimally invasive techniques, and post-operative recovery.
